One connection to your policy system. Three jobs.

InsureSight connects to your policy system once. Through that connection it answers your policyholders, watches every renewal, and reads the book behind them.

Servicing, on the phone and the web

The questions that fill a service queue, from the bill and the ID card to where a claim stands, answered from the live record at any hour, in English and Spanish.

Hear it: the simulated roadside call these steps come from 1:19
  1. The caller's number is matched to a policy before the call is answered, and your name comes first, in English and in Spanish.Thank you for calling Acme Auto Insurance. How can I help you today?
  2. It asks after the caller first. Then the last four of the driver's license, or the ZIP: nothing about the policy is shared before. What are the last four digits of your driver's license?
  3. She asks for Spanish and it switches at once, with no menu and no key to press, and keeps to formal usted.Por supuesto. Cuáles son los últimos cuatro dígitos de su licencia de conducir?
  4. Her ID card is read from your system during the call, and nothing is sent until she says yes.Puedo enviarle su tarjeta de identificación por correo electrónico a la dirección en su póliza. ¿Le parece bien?
  5. The ID card emailed to the address on the policy, or a callback booked with your team.Listo. Su tarjeta de identificación acaba de ser enviada a su correo electrónico.

On the web and in an app

The same policy, with the same identity check: policy and billing, the digital ID card and documents, in an installable app in your brand rather than ours.

When it needs a person

Anything it can't do goes to your team, with the caller verified and a note of what they need: transferred during your hours or booked as a callback, your choice. It never guesses: when your system doesn't answer, it says it can't check right now.

Hear a whole call, uncut

Your line, your voice

Each carrier chooses the voice its line speaks in. Every one of these answers in English and in Spanish, and switches when the caller does.

Names are fictional and the portraits are AI-generated; they are not people who work here. The voices are Amazon Nova Sonic, the engine the live line uses. Each one says what it does for you, then does it on a call, under a sample brand.

Retention

No policy should lapse because nobody called.

The renewal desk
Every policy in the book, kept in step with your policy system through the day and staged by how close it is to expiring: closing within 14 days, review within 30, notify within 60. Recently expired policies stay on the list. Each is flagged for what puts it at risk: past due, pending cancellation, an open underwriting item, no autopay.
Raised on the call
Once a caller is verified, the agent tells them what needs their attention: a past-due payment first, and an upcoming renewal while it has them, with an offer of a call from their insurance agent. It never quotes a price, and never says the cover renews or lapses on its own.
Renewal calls, placed by the agent
Run with design partners: the agent works down the desk and places the call itself, only to policyholders who agreed to be contacted, saying who is calling and that the call is automated, verifying before it mentions the policy, with an opt-out on every call. It adds to the written renewal notices the law requires and never replaces them.Every program is measured: reminded against not, counted in non-pay cancellations and reinstatements.

Book intelligence

The same connection reads your claims and premium ledgers. It flags; you decide.

Where the loss ratio is moving
Each accident year compared with the last at the same age, and the change split into frequency, severity and rate, because each has a different owner.
Which agencies carry more than their share
Late reporting, claims soon after a policy starts, and share of losses against share of policies. A signal appears only once it clears a statistical bar, and signals are counted, never combined into a score.
Whether the ledger holds together
Duplicate payments to the same claimant on the same day, net of voids, and figures reconciled to your own reports where possible.
Where the data runs out
No agency is ranked on data too thin to be credible, and the screen says why a figure is withheld rather than printing a number nobody could defend.

Built for MGAs and program carriers

A lean service team gets a line that answers every call, day and night, in English and Spanish, and hands a person only what needs one. The book review answers what capacity providers ask: where the loss ratio is moving and why, which agencies carry more than their share, and whether the ledger holds together.

How it connects

Your system of record
Answers are read from your policy system through its API at the moment they're asked. It works around your core rather than replacing it: no migration, and no copy of your book. Each policy administration platform is connected once, then serves every carrier on it.
One carrier, one connection
Each carrier gets its own phone line, its own connection and its own credentials. See Security.
Your brand
The greeting on the phone, the web pages and the app carry your name, not ours.
Per carrier
Payment links, autopay enrollment, policy changes, claims intake and telematics connect wherever your policy system accepts the write.

See it on your own book

Connect us to your policy system and we'll show you, on your own book, the calls it resolves and the renewals it catches.
