An AI agent that answers your policyholders on the phone and the web. It knows who is calling before they speak, verifies them, and answers from your live policy system. Behind it sits a read on the book those calls come from.

Everything in the first four rows is running today against a carrier's own policy system. The last row is roadmap, and we'll tell you which parts depend on what your system exposes.
The same identify-and-verify runs behind the phone and the web, so a policyholder is checked the same way wherever they start.
Caller ID (or an app login) resolves the policyholder before they say a word. No "enter your policy number."
A quick knowledge check (last four of the license, or ZIP) before any policy detail is shared.
Policy status, coverages and deductibles, balance and due date, claim status, ID card. Read live from your system, never from a copy.
The same connection that answers a policyholder reads the claims and premium ledgers behind them. It tells a carrier where its book is moving, which agencies are driving it, and what it cannot yet say.
Accident years compared at the same age, and every move split into frequency, severity and rate. Each has a different owner, so the split tells you who acts.
Late reporting, claims soon after inception, early-tenure frequency, and loss share against policy share. We only show a signal that clears a statistical bar, and we count how many reviews name the same agency.
Figures are reconciled against the carrier's own reports, and the screen says so where they don't reconcile. It won't rank agencies on data too thin to be credible, and it warns without recommending. The decision stays yours.
Not three integrations to keep in sync. One servicing engine, one access model. Adding a carrier is configuration, not a rebuild.
We'll stand up a working pilot against your policy system and show you the calls it resolves and the read it gives on your own book. At ITC Vegas, Sep 29 – Oct 1? Let's find a time.
